What we collect

When you request a Workforce Capacity Review, we collect the information you share in the form: your name, work email, mobile number, company name, role, business type, the pressure point you select, your hiring state, and anything you choose to add in the optional notes field. We also record the page and button you came from and any campaign parameters in the link you used, so we know how people find us.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and coordinate the Workforce Capacity Review.
• To prepare for that conversation so it starts closer to your reality.
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages and messages lead to requests.

We use your information only to respond to your request and coordinate the review. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a review.

Analytics

Our analytics are deliberately limited. Form-related events may include your selected business type, pressure point, and hiring state, but never your name, email, phone number, job-posting link, or the free-text answer you write.

How long we keep it

Review requests are kept while your conversation with Destra is active and for a reasonable period afterward, so we can honor context if you return. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of the information you shared with us. Reach us through the same channel you used to request your review, and we will respond.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
